MEAS Active - Store & Community Growth Manager (Part-Time)
Location: Cincinnati, OH (OTR)
Hours: Up to 10 hrs/week. Weekend availability required.

MEAS Active is a women’s activewear and lifestyle brand built around strength, empowerment, and community. From versatile studio sets and performance gear to cozy everyday athleisure, we design apparel for every part of a woman’s day — and we’re building a space that’s more than a store: it’s a movement.
What You’ll Be Up To…
- Flexibility working at our retail boutique in OTR.
- “Greeting & Meeting” customers, offering personalized recommendations that match their fitness goals & fashion goals.
- Helping guests find their new favorite activewear, showing off new arrivals, and keeping the store looking fab
- Mastering the POS system to keep transactions smooth and easy, while tracking sales productivity & conversion data.
- Answering customer questions, solving problems, and offering expert tips on sizing and style .
- Staying in the loop on all the latest trends in activewear, fitness gear, and wellness
- Promoting and encouraging sign-ups for our complimentary and prepaid in-store events.
- Helping set up, run, and wrap up in-store events, hitting sales targets, and keeping in touch with customer’s post-event
- Smashing daily sales goals, rocking pre-sale promos, driving in-store nonprofit donations, and getting customers just as excited as you for events.
- Supporting the crew with inventory tasks and keeping the backroom in check.
- Wearing your fave MEAS Active gear on the job (yep, you get to wear the clothes you love!)
What you bring…
- Some retail or customer service experience is a bonus, but not a deal-breaker.
- A real passion for fitness, wellness, and activewear.
- Top-notch communication and people skills.
- You can juggle tasks and keep things moving in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive energy and a team-player attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays—because our customers need us then too!
- Self motivated! We appreciate individuals who are proactive in seeking out tasks and improving processes.
Physical Requirements…
- Standing for long periods, bending, reaching, and lifting is part of the deal (gotta stay active!)
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-energy retail space

We’re looking for a passionate, people-driven Store & Community Growth Manager to help lead the next chapter of MEAS. This isn’t a standard retail job — we’re looking for someone who thrives on connecting with people, creating experiences, and driving results. You’ll run day-to-day store operations, build relationships, plan events, and bring our brand to life in the Cincinnati community.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily store operations and deliver standout customer experiences
- Build relationships with customers and local partners to grow our community
- Plan and execute 2+ in-store events per month that drive traffic and sales
- Capture new email subscribers and help grow our customer base
- Support ambassador and influencer activations and in-store content opportunities
- Increase store revenue through selling, storytelling, and experience
What Success Looks Like
- $3,000+ monthly lift in store revenue within 4 months
- 150+ new email signups per quarter
- 2+ successful in-store events per month
- Strong partnerships with local studios, businesses, and wellness leaders
